The north-east of the Peleponnese around Porto Heli is one of the most exclusive holiday regions in the country and is therefore also known as the "Greek Riviera". The beautiful coastline is traditionally the home of the Athenian aristocracy and shipping families, who have their summer homes discreetly on the mostly spacious estates directly by the sea. In recent years, more and more international guests have also invested in high-end residences in the region. High-end resorts such as Amanzoe and Nikki Beach have recently opened branches near Porto Cheli. With the offshore islands of Spetses and Hydra, the region is also an attractive spot for water sports enthusiasts.

The centre of Porto Cheli is 6 kilometres from Villa Alliopi. There you will find clubs and chic restaurants, supermarkets and also a medical centre. In the traditional Greek village of Ermioni (12 km) you can discover typical Greek architecture and restaurants.

The golf course Kilada (opening in 2026) is 11 km away.

The port city of Nafplio with its beautiful old town (78 km) can be reached in 1h15.

Athens airport and Kalamata airport are both around 200 km away or 2h 45 by car.
