House rules
Dear guests, we welcome you to our holiday accommodation and wish you an eventful and relaxing stay! We hope that you will experience carefree and relaxed days in our accommodation. In order for this to succeed for all guests, we ask you to observe the following house rules.
Quiet hours
In our holiday accommodation the public rest periods, such as midday and Sunday rest, are to be observed. Out of consideration and in the spirit of good neighbourliness, you are also required to keep quiet between 10.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. every day.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our holiday accommodation or in the entire building. Please go to the outside area and use an ashtray there. Please dispose of the completely cooled down cigarette remains in the residual waste. If there are any burn marks or holes, please report this immediately to us as the landlord. You, as the tenant, will have to bear the repair costs for any damage caused.
Internet
Internet access is available free of charge in our holiday accommodation. You will receive the access code upon arrival. The use of this internet access is at your own risk. We as landlord do not assume any liability for any of your activities on the internet.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our house.
Visitors
For security reasons, a maximum of 10 people are allowed in the holiday accommodation. If visitors are also staying in the holiday accommodation, you must register them with the landlord in advance. Visitors can be registered by telephone or by e-mail. A fee of 50 euros per visitor and overnight stay will be charged. The visitors must then also abide by these house rules. Events and parties Larger events and parties are generally prohibited in our holiday flat. Any gathering of several persons in our holiday accommodation has to comply with the respective conditions of these house rules.
Waste separation and disposal
As we are obliged to separate waste, we kindly ask you to separate the waste in our holiday accommodation as well. For this purpose, appropriate disposal facilities are available for organic waste, paper, plastic, residual waste and glass. New rubbish bags are also available in the holiday accommodation, which you should use if necessary. Also, never throw food leftovers, rubbish or hygiene articles down the toilet or other drains. Only dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
Security
For security reasons, all entrance doors to the holiday accommodation must always be kept closed. In addition, all entrance doors must be locked with the key when leaving the house. Windows should also be closed when leaving the holiday accommodation and at night. In the interests of fire safety, care must also be taken to ensure that escape routes are not blocked. Heating, lights and other devices should also always be switched off if they are not being used. This also applies to electrical appliances. The house is automatically lit in the dark.
Ventilate
In order to protect against infection, it is necessary to ventilate the holiday accommodation sufficiently. To do this, open the windows several times a day for 5 to 10 minutes. This is an effective way to prevent the formation of mould. In the bathroom without a window, please let the ventilator run for a sufficiently long time, and it is best to keep the door open as well. When cooking, please use the extractor bonnet.
Outdoor area
Outdoor objects, such as parasols or similar, should be closed during strong winds and overnight to prevent damage and to ensure your safety.
Barbecues
Facilities with open fires are generally to be used by adults only. In the interests of fire safety, use a gas barbecue. Emergency contacts In case of emergency, please contact the police by calling 112 or the fire brigade by calling 199 or use the following nearby hospital.
Parking
There are appropriately marked parking spaces for your car during your stay with us at the holiday accommodation. Please take care not to block other vehicles, neighbours or pavements when parking. Please also note that as the landlord we are not liable for the vehicle parked in the car park or its contents.
Cleaning
You are responsible for cleaning the holiday accommodation during your stay. This is not included in the final cleaning. For the necessary cleaning work, appropriate cleaning agents and equipment are available in the holiday accommodation. Some cleaning work is also required before departure. You will find these listed in the section "Arrival and departure".
Damage
Any damage to the holiday accommodation must be reported to the landlord/contact person as soon as possible. We cannot accept damage that is only discovered after your departure. If the damage is minor, such as broken glass, we as the landlord will pay for the replacement. However, you as the tenant are liable for any major damage to the equipment or the holiday accommodation. To avoid damage, please refrain from moving furniture and avoid other potential sources of danger.
Key
On arrival you will be given keys to the holiday accommodation. Please never give the keys out of your hand. If you lose the keys, please report this to us immediately. You, as the tenant, will be charged for the cost of replacing the keys.
Arrival and departure
To ensure that the holiday accommodation is optimally prepared for our guests, you can check in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the holiday accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. and left in a proper condition. This includes: emptying the refrigerator and wiping it dry, cleaning the dishes and putting them back in the dry place, disposing of remaining food, disposing of household waste in the designated waste containers, cleaning used appliances and equipment if necessary, neatly storing used furniture, switching off electrical appliances (except for the refrigerator), locking all doors.
These house rules are intended to ensure that you can enjoy a pleasant and safe stay in our holiday accommodation. Compliance with the house rules is therefore essential. A violation of these house rules is a violation of the rental conditions, which are stipulated in the rental contract. We ask you to observe this and wish you a relaxing stay and a wonderful time with us!
