We had a wounderful vacation at André’s house. The arquitecture of the house is beautiful, modern and comfortable. We where 7 at one point, and felt comfortable and private for everybody.The kitchen is spacious to cook meals and has all the utensils.The main pleasure was to seat at the terrace and enjoy the amazing and peaceful view of the sea and sky.There’s a construction right near the house, but we were told about it by the owner in advance, and we had it in consideration. We went to the beach in the mornings and by the time we came back, the workers were gone.We absolultely would like to come back!

Andre was super easy to deal with, we had to make the booking quite last minute and he was able to accommodate us. The house is just like the photos but perhaps a little smaller in real life. They also provide a lot of useful information about the house and the area. The only negative was the building site next door to the house, Andre was transparent about this when we checked in and they didn't work every day so it didn't effect our holiday too much at all. The house is nice and new and has a fantastic view.

Andre is the most kind and responsive host. He should definitely be a super host. The house is located on hill with a breathtaking view. Very peaceful area. The kitchen is fully equipped, comfortable beds and showers. ( no shampoo and shower gel only soap next to each sink) 3 hair dryers in each bathroom. Great Weber barbecue outside by the pool. The center of Porto Cheli is 10-15 min drive. We had a great week and hopefully we come again. It a perfect place to relax enjoy the surroundings. Don’t hesitate !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Villa Alliopi in Porto Cheli, Greece, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.
We loved being so close to the beach, which is just a short walk away. The surrounding area is peaceful and offers stunning views of the sea and nearby islands.
The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Each of the four bedrooms is comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which was essential during the hot summer days. The living areas are open and inviting, with plenty of seating for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.
One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor space. We particularly enjoyed the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained. There is also a terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the views ;)
Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was prompt and clear.
Our stay at this holiday house in Porto Cheli exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic location, comfortable accommodation, and exceptional hospitality made for an unforgettable vacation. Meine Freunde und ich hatten eine super schöne Woche in der Villa Alliopi.
Alles ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt.
Die Villa Alliopi hat vier schöne Schlafzimmer und drei hochwertige Badezimmer. Der Wohnbereich weißt eine große und sehr gut ausgestattet Küche auf und gleichzeitig ein Raum zum entspannen.
Es hat von der Terrasse und gleichzeitig von dem Pool eine wundervolle Aussicht. Zusätzlich hat die Villa eine ausgezeichnete Lage für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Alliopi war wunderschön.
Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung abseits von der Stadt. Von ihr aus hat man einen klaren Ausblick auf das blaue Meer Griechenlands. Wir konnten dank der großzügig ausgestalten Küche viele verschieden Gerichte zubereiten und genossen das schöne Wetter am Pool. Der Strand ist in einigen Minuten zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt viele verschieden Strände an welchen man meistens auf Ruhe trifft, was sehr schön war.
Die Villa und ihre Umgebung bieten dementsprechend den perfekten Ort zur Entspannung.
Wir sind sehr dankbar für unseren Aufenthalt und sind froh über die gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzern.
